MicronDR delivers first non-destructive mobile application recovery service
Singapore, August 20, 2007 — micronDR (S) Pte Ltd (www.microndr.com.sg), the datarecovery specialist, today announces a non-destructive mobile application recovery
service aimed at meeting the needs of a mobile generation.
This first of its kind service in Singapore leverages micronDR’s forensic capabilities to
retrieve data from flash memory without opening up mobile devices.
With its Class 10 certified clean room and a fully equipped laboratory, the data
recovery specialist will bring its expertise in recovering hard disk drives to the mobile
platform.
“We understand the needs of the mobile generation and the importance of their
mobile devices. Our mobile device recovery service is designed to help those whose
devices have crashed,” said Tony Moeini, Director of Sales and Marketing of micronDR.
Today, many people carry a mobile phone, personal digital assistant (PDA), MP3
player, digital camera, or other electronic devices. All these devices come with builtin
digital storage that stores a multitude of files such as digital images, MP3 music,
documents, calendar, and contact details.
iPod users spend hours building up their playlists and compiling their music files.
Photography enthusiasts take hours, and sometimes even days, to capture the perfect
shots that are stored on their digital cameras. Businessmen use their PDAs to keep
track of their personal and business schedules as well as store important business
documents. Losing such data may result in emotional or even business stress.
micronDR’s mobile device recovery service will help customers to recover precious
information stored in their devices, giving them hope that their information is not
altogether lost.
